What if a book is lost or damaged beyond repair? You have three options:
Replace the book with a new copy. We accept new hardback books as replacements. Please attach a note with student name, lost book name, & teacher name to the replacement copy and return the book. We ask that damaged items be returned in whatever condition.
Pay the replacement cost online you will need to login to the InTouch system. If this is your first time using InTouch, you will need to request your username and Password from the school office. Please contact the office at csturtevant@nsd.org to request this information. Once you have your username and password, you can pay the library fine at NSD InTouch Payments. When paying library fines, please note that it may take 24 hours from the time the fine was assessed for it to appear in the system.
Pay the replacement cost by check or cash in the front office. You may also mail a check to Kenmore Elementary 19121 71st Ave NE Kenmore, WA. 98028. Please include the fine slip or a note stating it is a library fine payment along with your child's full name.
If the cost of the item(s) presents a financial hardship for your family, you may request a waiver here.
